An easy-to-make homemade dressing adds a Southwestern flair to this salad. Preparation time: 15 min Yield: 8 servings Dressing Ingredients: 1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa 1/2 cup LAND O LAKESŪ Light Sour Cream 1/2 teaspoon chili powder Salad Ingredients: 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives 1 (11-ounce) bag (5 1/4 cups) torn lettuce 1/2 pound thick sliced deli roast beef, cut into julienne strips 1/4 pound (1/2 inch thick) slice LAND O LAKESŪ Deli American Cheese 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges 2 thin onion slices, separated into rings 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeņo chile peppers Combine all dressing ingredients in small bowl until well mixed. Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl; toss lightly. Serve with dressing.
