Going into the New Year 2008 gives us a marker by which we can make plans to change our lives.

Some people do not believe in making New Years resolutions, but for many, it is a pretty useful tool.

One word of advice. Whatever your resolution, get back up on the horse.

I can almost guarantee you will fall. Get back up on the horse.

Life will throw a redwood trunk across the path of your best laid plans. Get back up on the horse.
